Discover our water-resistant ready-mix plaster, enhanced with a special additive for superior protection. Ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, and exterior walls, it effectively prevents water seepage, minimizing cracks and structural damage.

Our IP additive reacts with the mortar, filling the voids and minimizing the permeability. Each batch is precision-blended to deliver consistent quality.

Surface Preparation

Dry and clean

Ensure the surface is free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, or any substance that could affect bonding. Clean using a wire brush or water jet. Avoid dampness, leakage, or fungus.

Roughness

Ensure the surface is rough and stable. Moisten the surface with cement & water slurry and repair any weak spots with water-resistant RMP.

Evenness

Level the surface and repair cracks for uniform plaster thickness.

  • Follow all application instructions for surface preparation and mixing.
  • Mix in batches that can be used within 45 minutes.
  • Ensure the wall is not too dry or too moist before application.
  • Protect freshly plastered surfaces for 8 hours to prevent cracking.
  • Do not reuse mixed plaster or add water to a set mixture.
  • Avoid mixing materials from different batches.
  • Use safety gloves, goggles, and dust masks during handling.
  • Avoid inhaling the mix or contact with your eyes.
  • Keep the area dust-free and wash hands thoroughly after use.
  • In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.

Apply in layers:

  • Take 5-6 ltr of water in a bucket and add 1%of Water Resistant RMP additive according to cement weight slowly add cement and sand mix in a ratio 1:4 and mix until you get the required consistency.

Mixing Instructions:

  • Gradually add powder to water to minimize lumps and achieve a smooth consistency.
  • Use a drill mixer or paddle mixer for uniformity.
  • Mix only enough plaster to use within 45–60 minutes to maintain plasticity.

Application:

  • Apply the mix with sufficient force for proper adhesion.
  • Level the surface for a smooth finish.
  • Cure the surface twice a day for 7 days to ensure maximum strength and durability.
  • A 40 kg bag of water-resistant RMP covers approximately 10-12 sq. ft. at a thickness of 12 mm on an even surface.
