This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through the Shree Arts website and is drafted in accordance with German and EU e-commerce regulations.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship orders within Germany and selected European Union (EU) countries. Availability of international shipping will be displayed during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays in Germany.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Customers will be informed accordingly.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
Germany: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping destination, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, package size, and weight.

6. Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate at checkout. Shree Arts cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged goods)
Provide your order number and supporting photos where applicable
We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with German consumer protection laws.
8. Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. There will be no additional shipping cost for partial shipments.
9. Customs & Duties (EU Orders)
For deliveries within the European Union, no additional customs duties apply. If shipping to non-EU destinations becomes available, customers will be responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
